A well prepared and thought out content can do wonders for your visitor or customer’s impression of your website. To gain an impression from them is not easy, but we’ve come up with some tips to make it easier for you.

Tip #1: Identify and understand your objective

This is the most crucial aspect in creating an impressive and quality content. The most common objectives or purposes that are most likely applied, especially in the context of business writing, are points of view, inspiration, expression of feelings, information and building relationships. Once you’ve acknowledged your objective, you will then be able to conclude whether the content should be based on beliefs, facts or feelings.

Tip #2: Examine your readers

Now, after you have come up with the purpose, it is important to know if your content is well-matched to its intended readers. Take note of the following questions and ask yourself:

• How well they know about the topic/subject?
• Who are my audience?
• What is the message that I want to express to the readers after they’ve read the article?
• What should the attitude of my readers be?

Give time to think about the proper content of your article.  Ask yourself the When, Who, Why, How and Where.  The answers of these thoughts may well prompt you to follow a line of investigation into particular issues.  Once you’ve gathered all the necessary information, you should be well on your way to get that drafted.

Tip #4: Expand your topics

You need to put your thoughts together to create a sentence and your sentences into paragraphs.  You should only be speaking of a single topic within a paragraph to extend proper communication to your readers.

Tip #5: Plan your article

You just need to compile it properly based on how you identified your objective/s in the beginning and the information you’ve collected.
