Creating Words That Stick

Words are vital elements in communication, both in verbal and in writing. When talking in front of a crowd, the very way you look says a lot.  Look pleasant but not overdressed.  Be enthusiastic and confident when talking, but don’t be arrogant. Maintain eye contact with the audience.  Your body language is important.  Move about instead of staying in once place the whole time and put in some hand gestures, especially when you are trying to make a point.  Facial expressions show your conviction.  All of these helps in conveying your message to an audience and keep them interested.
